Masha Pasichnyk is a young artist now residing in Scottsdale, Arizona. She holds a Masters Degree in Fine Arts and Stage Design, which she received from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in the Ukraine. Her technique and ability to take a mechanical scene and make it almost impressionistic is quite remarkable. Although already considered a major talent in Eastern and Western Europe, she is extremely humble about her skills. When asked how she develops a painting, she shrugs her shoulders and says, "I just need to like the subject. When I painted Mario Andretti and Francois Cevert, it was the eyes that spoke to me. They both portrayed such a deep sensibility. I just wanted to paint them."
